Booking and Payment
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive payment.
Final payment: The remaining 50% is due on your wedding day before photography begins.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, MobilePay, or other methods as agreed in writing.
Overtime charges: Photography beyond your contracted hours is charged at the hourly rate specified in your contract. This is invoiced separately and due within 7 days.
Cancellations and Postponements
More than 30 days before wedding: Your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded within 14 days.
Less than 30 days before wedding: You'll receive a 50% refund of total payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Extenuating circumstances are considered at our discretion.
Postponement: If you reschedule to a date when we're available, your deposit transfers to the new date. If we're unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply.
Our cancellation: If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we'll refund all payments and assist in finding alternative photographers if possible. We're not liable for costs beyond your payments to us.
Your Responsibilities
Timeline cooperation: You agree to follow the planned timeline to allow sufficient time for photography. Delays outside our control may result in reduced coverage.
Venue access: You're responsible for ensuring we have proper access to all photography locations and any required permits or permissions.
Guest cooperation: You agree to inform your guests of our presence and ensure they don't obstruct our work. Other professional photographers require our prior written approval.
Meals and breaks: For weddings exceeding 5 hours, you'll provide us with a full guest meal. We'll take a 20-minute break at our discretion plus bathroom breaks as needed.
Lighting: Some venues have challenging lighting. We'll work with available conditions, but you're responsible for venue selection and any lighting arrangements.
Photo Delivery and Editing
Delivery timeline: Edited photos are delivered within 5 days via online gallery. Gallery access remains active for 3 months.
Number of photos: You'll receive a minimum of 120 edited images for 2-hour coverage. Longer coverage increases the image count proportionally.
Editing style: Photos are delivered in JPEG format with a mix of color and black-and-white images, as we determine appropriate. Our editing style matches what you see in our portfolio and social media.
Selection: We deliver images that best represent our work and your wedding. We don't provide all raw files or unedited images.
No re-editing: Once final edited images are delivered, we don't perform additional editing or adjustments.
File retention: After 3 months, we don't guarantee file availability. It's your responsibility to download and back up your images in multiple locations.
What We Can and Can't Control
Realistic expectations: We photograph what actually happens at your wedding. Weather, timing issues, venue limitations, and guest cooperation affect the final images.
No photo manipulation: We edit for exposure, color, and blemishes. We don't edit physical appearance (size, hair, features) or add/remove backgrounds, people, or objects.
Image quality: The number and quality of photos depend on factors like venue lighting, weather, timeline adherence, and subject cooperation.
