Active clients: We retain your information during our contract and for three months after photo delivery to handle any support requests.
After three months: We delete gallery files and non-essential data. We keep contract records, payment information, and basic booking details for 5 years for tax and legal compliance.
Marketing communications: If you've signed up for updates, we keep your contact info until you unsubscribe.
Photo Usage and Model Release
By booking our services, you agree that we may use photos from your wedding for:
